• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, destination, and selected shipping options. The full breakdown of your shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

• Tracking Your Order: Once each item in your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can stay updated on its status.

Shipments from the United States to Canada:

At minbolu, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, no matter where you're located. For our Canadian customers, please note that import duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. This means you'll have no surprise fees upon delivery, ensuring a smoother and more transparent experience.

Return Policy

Our goal is to minimize your frustration with the return process while ensuring the proper payment of shipping or restocking fees if those apply to the returned product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Whole Parcel is Lost

• Eligibility:
  • Customers must report a lost parcel within 30 days from the expected delivery date.
  • A parcel is considered lost if it hasn't arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and no communication has been provided by the seller regarding delays in stocking or shipping items.
• Reporting:
  • Customer must provide their order number, contact information, and any tracking details when reporting a lost parcel.
• Verification:
  • We will verify the status of the parcel with the shipping carrier.
  • If the parcel is confirmed lost, a refund or replacement will be processed.
• Refund Options:
  • Customers can choose between a full refund, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 
• Exceptions:
  • Refunds will not be issued if the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Address errors provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

• Shipping Insurance:
  • We recommend customers purchase shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will need to take a photo or video of the damaged item, the shipping slip, and the barcode. You need to submit that information within 7 days of an order being delivered. We do not consider late orders with metadata showing different dates or times that photos were taken as these can be altered by customers prior to sending the information to us.    2. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Reporting:
   1. Customers need to provide their contact information, the order number, a photo or video of the damaged item, the packing slip, and barcode.
3. Verification:
   1. We will verify the damage through the provided photos or video and the customer's description.
4. Return or Replacement:
   1. Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label to send back the damaged item.
   2. Once the damaged item is returned, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
   3. Alternatively, customers can opt for a full refund instead of a replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Received the wrong item, or received the wrong variant (size, color, etc.)

If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or the wrong color item, you will need to take a photo of all the items received, along with a photo of the shipping label. Please send that to us at info@minbolu.com.

   1. We will verify the claim by reviewing the order and the customer's provided information.
4. Return and Replacement:
   1. Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label to send back the wrong item.
   2. Once the wrong item is returned, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.
   3. Alternatively, customers can opt for a full refund instead of a replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy for Canadian Customers

At minbolu, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds:

1. Eligibility: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging.

2. Request a Refund: Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for eligible refunds will be covered by minbolu. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Processing Time: We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Import Duties and Taxes: Refunds will include any import duties and taxes paid at checkout.

Exchanges: For size or style exchanges, follow the same steps as refunds. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
