Refund policy
At minbolu, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help with eligible returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be free from hair, makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, and visible wear
- Tags must still be attached when originally included
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or store credit based on the approved return request.
Refund Details
Approved refunds include:
- Original purchase price
- Applicable sales tax
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If a return label is provided by minbolu, the label cost may be deducted from the refund amount
- We do not charge restocking fees or processing fees
Exchanges
We prioritize exchanges whenever possible to help customers quickly receive the correct size or preferred item.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items
- Intimates or personal items
- Customized or made-to-order products
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for returned items that:
- Show signs of wear
- Are returned damaged
- Are missing original packaging or tags
- Arrive with stains, odors, or pet hair
