This policy outlines our efforts to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and reflects our dedication to human rights and fair labor standards.
1. Verification
minbolu evaluates its suppliers to identify and mitigate risks of human trafficking and slavery. We conduct due diligence through:
- Supplier questionnaires and compliance audits.
- Risk assessments based on geographic and industry factors.
2. Audits
We reserve the right to audit suppliers to ensure compliance with our standards. Audits may be announced or unannounced and can include:
- On-site inspections.
- Review of employment practices and worker interviews.
3. Certification
minbolu requires suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the country or countries in which they operate.
4. Internal Accountability
Employees and contractors must adhere to minbolu’s Code of Conduct. Violations related to forced labor or trafficking may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contracts.
5. Training
minbolu provides training to employees responsible for supply chain management to help them identify and mitigate risks of human trafficking and slavery.
